JV LLC “TRUZMANS” offers innovative solutions in the field of wastewater treatment plants and drinking water purification.
Since its establishment in 2018, TRUZMANS has successfully established its production operations in the city of Fergana, ensuring flexibility in technological solutions, production efficiency, and high-quality service support.
One of the key achievements of JV LLC “TRUZMANS” is its localization project. The manufacturing and assembly of the main components of wastewater treatment plants take place in Fergana, from where the finished equipment is delivered to customers.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS
The core business of JV LLC “TRUZMANS” is the supply of high-quality wastewater treatment plants. The main advantages of our products are their high quality and the flexibility of the technological solutions we offer.
Depending on the specific requirements of each facility, we can provide additional treatment after biological treatment, automated mechanical treatment systems, sludge processing equipment, and other specialized equipment.
- Mechanical Treatment — TRUZMANS offers various automated and mechanical technologies for removing solid waste, fats, oils, and sand. Each solution is individually selected to meet the requirements of a particular project.
- Biological Treatment — TRUZMANS standard containerized systems can be equipped with a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) biological treatment system or a continuous-flow reactor system.
- Additional Treatment — When required, TRUZMANS treatment systems can be equipped with additional treatment stages, including sand filters and activated carbon filters.
For facilities with a capacity ranging from 10 to 2,000 m³/day, TRUZMANS recommends containerized treatment solutions to ensure greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
For facilities with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day and above, TRUZMANS recommends constructing concrete wastewater treatment plants. Thanks to its key personnel with international experience and its technological flexibility, TRUZMANS can implement a wide range of projects with capacities of 2,000 m³/day and above.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC
During the COVID-19 pandemic, JV LLC “TRUZMANS” directed its efforts toward supporting the fight against the virus.
TRUZMANS promptly supplied wastewater treatment systems and equipment to the quarantine zone in the “Nurli Zamin” citizens’ assembly (mahalla) in Yukorichirchik District, Tashkent Region. The facility had a treatment capacity of 2,000 m³/day.
The system also included an additional water treatment stage using activated carbon and sand filters to ensure more thorough wastewater treatment, as well as a chlorination system for more effective disinfection.
SERVICE AND OPERATION
In addition to providing advanced technological solutions and high-quality work, special attention is given to the maintenance and servicing of installed equipment and systems.
- Service and Maintenance — Through the implementation of projects across Uzbekistan, TRUZMANS has accumulated invaluable experience in providing prompt and effective service for its facilities. Even after the warranty period expires, TRUZMANS service personnel are ready to visit facilities to resolve technical issues and assist with the operation of the equipment.
- Personnel Training — Special attention is given to personnel training during equipment commissioning and adjustment. Operators receive detailed instructions on equipment operating procedures, working principles, and methods for troubleshooting potential malfunctions.
